Application
Application fee $25.00. You should receive a playing-day enrolment/registration form with your next Tutti issue, please contact us immediately if you don't receive one.  Alternatively you can click here for an application form, fill it in, and email it as an attachment with electronic funds transfer information as given on the form.  If you do not know what grade to put in the 'Select grade' box after 'Self Classification' on the form, you can calculate it using the interactive self grader

Cancellation
Players who do not turn up will inconvenience the other players in the group, in some cases making that group unworkable.  It is, therefore, ESSENTIAL to please inform Ian Butler on 4296 2889 or 0423 293 728 BEFORE the playing day of any unavoidable absences, so that the committee can provide alternate solutions.

What to Bring

What to Do before each Session
Before each session please check the playing list to see
(1) If any changes in groups have occurred and
(2) If you are designated to get the music for the group from the ACMS or other library.   Make sure that it is returned promptly after the session so that groups in the next session can use it, and
(3) If you are designated to check that the room is returned to its original condition after the playing session. This is an important task to ensure we don't lose the use of our playing venues.

Tutoring
Available as usual. Inexperienced or timid players will be looked after, first-timers made to feel especially welcome.
Please tick the appropriate box on the enrolment form to indicate if tutoring required.   The choices are 'Yes please', 'No thanks' or 'Don't mind'.
